MUT Delegates

Regular meetings for Delegates and School Committee members in all State, Church and Independent schools are held regularly at the Teachers' Institute.

During these meetings the Union's delegates are brought up to date with developments in educational and trade union matters.

These meetings also serve as a link between the Union's officials and the grass roots. Subsequent to these meetings MUT officials visit schools wherever and whenever the need arises.

MUT Code of Rules

A copy of the MUT Code of Rules, together with all amendments carried up to and including the MUT Biennial General Conference held in May 2008, can now be viewed and/or downloaded in .pdf format.

In order to view the document Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed. The Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website.

Members are advised to download and print a copy of the Rules for reference purposes. In future, these rules will be updated as soon as any amendments are carried at the MUT's General Conference.
