Information
meeting
An information for anyone who would be interested in the course will be held
on the 15th of December at 17:00hrs at our offices in Floriana.
Basic
course information
The Competency Certificate was created to address the importance of continuous
upgrading of people management in any organisation and is best suited for individuals
who have grown or are interested into growing into supervisory/team leading/managerial
positions (therefore not only for related HR employees but also great for Teachers
and school staff) and who are keen to complement their technical skills with
a plethora of HR skills. Therefore even beginners are most welcome!
The Competency Certificate offers a pragmatic and tangible effort from FHRD
in sustaining and developing Human Resources Development in Malta by directly
offering participants the opportunity of a Vocational course to further surface
their skills in becoming a full service generalist. To further aid the interested
parties, this 48 week programme has been structured to allow participant the
flexibility of enhancing one's competences while balancing family and work commitments.
